EXPERIENCE

Caitlin graduated from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand in 2017 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She spent the following six years working at Tertiary hospitals of New Zealand including Counties Manukau Hospital in Auckland.

She has worked at Kings College Hospital and St George's Hospital both being trauma centres within London as a senior physiotherapist working with complex frailty patients and complex case management with rehabilitation.

Caitlin has undertaken and successfully completed the CCM pathway as well as having a full understanding of the litigation process the role and the expectations of the case manager.

Due to her significant experience in assessing, managing and advocating for clients Caitlin is well placed to case manage clients with:

Caitlin has significant experience working in the rehabilitation field. This involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in order to achieve the best outcomes for the client and the family. Caitlin is able to complete comprehensive assessments and create rehabilitation programmes for clients. She is able to provide holistic care plans that have the client at the centre focus to ensure the rehabilitation goals and are set based on the individual's potential whilst also ensuring care management plans meet their needs.

Through this experience she has gained a wider understanding of various roles involved in health care plans including allied health services, community connections, nurses and consultants with the main focus being that of client and what is most important to them

PERSONAL PROFILE

Coming from New Zealand Caitlin enjoys being outdoors in nature both completing hikes and being in the ocean. She enjoys making the most of travelling experiences and has been fortunate since being in the UK to experience many different cultures on these travels. She likes to be active in her free time, having new experiences and spending quality time with family and friends.

Caitlin enjoys working with other people and finds it a privilege to be a part of a person's journey in the aim to improve their quality of life.
