Laurie's Case Manager has been working with him since he left foster care and secondary school at 19. He has cerebral palsy affecting his balance and mobility, and his ability to communicate.

Jenny had brain injury at birth. She has learning difficulties, hearing impairment, communication problems, severe epilepsy, continence issues and sensory modulation problems.

Stephen was brain injured at birth and has now worked with his current Case Manager for three years. The Case Manager has supported the client and his family during a time of transition from college into the community.

In 2006 our client was involved in a Road Traffic Accident resulting in a traumatic brain injury and a fractured tibia and fibula which resulted in him undergoing an above the knee amputation.
