Hardeb has experience working with adults, children and families with complex needs.

Hardeb had worked with the elderly providing palliative care and dementia care. She has experience supporting adults with mental health difficulties e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar, depression and anxiety, to live independently and assist them with everyday tasks and helping them to integrate into society.

Hardeb has worked with children with mental health and learning disabilities e.g., Autism, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. She has provided therapy for children who have autism in the form of emotion regulation and recognition via Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach.

As a BABICM practitioner case manager, Hardeb has been working with brain injured clients since 2021 and she is experienced in dealing with all aspects of managing care teams & MDT on behalf of her clients.

Hardeb has assisted independent living and helped to support the individual socially attending Silverlining Brain Injury Charity events and maintaining friendships. Hardeb has supported with emotional wellbeing, and she has also attended an adapted surfing trip.
