EXPERIENCE

Joanna is passionate about inclusion and differentiation and the promotion of this in education and community. She has tailored her teaching to always have this at the forefront and she practices it in her daily life. Equal Opportunities for all is something that Joanna strongly believes.

Joanna currently works at a secondary school as Upper School Lead and Subject Lead in two areas, PSHE and Employability. She manages the day to day running of Upper School and staff. Joanna’s class are aged 14-16 with various ASD disorders and Social, Emotional and Mental Health problems. Her aim is to help re-integrate the learners successfully into society as young adults that are able to flourish at college and in society.
