EXPERIENCE

Justyna is a case manager with an extensive background in managing rehabilitation and care of severe brain and spinal injuries cases. She brings the insight of an extensive background in domiciliary care, working as a support worker, senior support worker, team leader and assistant case manager. In her 15 years of involvement working in the care sector, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience coordinating and delivering complex community and private care packages for a diverse variety of adult & paediatric clients, including those with physical disability and communication challenges. She is fully skilled in managing best interest meetings, safeguarding incidents and complex care management including provision of day-to-day support, training, supervision, and appraisals of support workers.

Justyna possesses a rigorous understanding of the functional implications of disability and the psychological effect of a brain injury, in addition to the impact upon families and an individual's ability to complete daily activities. She brings exceptional communication skills and is highly effective in liaising with health professionals, local authorities, solicitors, contractors, service users and families to drive optimal outcomes. Justyna is devoted to delivering an exceptional quality of service and ensuring individuals are granted autonomy and empowerment. Above all, she is passionate about helping individuals to follow their dreams and achieve their goals.

She is thoroughly acquainted with the complexities of litigation.

Throughout her career, Justyna has received extensive training and supervision by neuropsychologists in cognitive, neurobehavior and rehabilitation purpose-based training.  

She has worked as a high-performing member of multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating closely with occupational therapists, speech & language therapists, neuropsychologists, physiotherapists, and doctors.

Justyna is a hard-working, conscientious, and driven individual. She is energetic and always “on the go”.  After many years of travelling around Europe, Justyna now enjoys spending time with her young son and extended family.

Justyna is very sociable and has a great circle of friends. She enjoys traveling and cooking and has recently signed up to learn Spanish. Justyna is bilingual and can speak English and Polish with connections and family in Poland.
