Nicola has been a case manager with CCMS for over a decade. Leaving a corporate career, she retrained as a reflexologist and began to delve into psychotherapy. She came to work with a young man with an acquired brain injury. Over 20 years later they are inextricably linked! She is driven by a heartfelt mission to make a difference in the lives of her clients, their families and the wider brain injury community.

She is passionate about the lifelong journey of rehabilitation. Instrumental to this is travel, having fun and making friendships.
