Demonstrating exceptional proficiency, Krishna manages complex cases and court of protection matters, employing a multidisciplinary approach to ensure optimal outcomes. He leads teams in crafting individualised rehabilitation packages, fostering regular collaboration to maintain focus and achieve predetermined goals. His expertise includes overseeing clients requiring complex care packages, including 24-hour live-in care, with a consistent focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for each individual and their families.

In leadership capacities, Krishna has consistently demonstrated exceptional proficiency, directing therapy provision in community hospitals, assuming the role of Neuro Physiotherapy Professional Lead, and leading collaborative transformation programs at a system level, aimed at enhancing integrated care.
