Self-employed registered case manager

CCMS are a leading provider of rehabilitation case management throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Our case managers are very much in demand, and you could be too!

You will be a talented registered professional with at least five years post qualification experience, and hold NMC/HCPC/SWE registration

You will need significant knowledge and experience of working in the community plus proven skills with setting up and managing care, support and rehabilitation programmes. Proven ability to undertake assessments and prepare high quality reports is essential.

Roles are on a self-employed basis, you will be home-based and hourly rates will be discussed on an individual basis, dependent on skills and experience.
