Vicki has extensive experience across paediatric complex care and hospice services. She has delivered high‑quality care across respite, symptom management, step‑down, and end‑of‑life pathways, demonstrating compassion, calmness, and the ability to support families through highly emotional and challenging circumstances.
In addition, Vicki brings strong community clinical leadership experience, overseeing complex paediatric and adult caseloads and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, safe and effective care across community settings. She provides proficient governance and oversight of complex care packages, including those involving tracheostomy care, ventilation, enteral feeding, epilepsy management, and palliative or end‑of‑life pathways. Vicki works closely with multidisciplinary teams, supporting clear communication, coordinated care, and consistent adherence to clinical and organisational standards.
She carries out thorough holistic assessments and develops clear, structured care plans that guide safe and effective practice. She maintains strong working relationships with families, therapists, nurses, carers, and external agencies, helping to ensure continuity, safety, and a well‑coordinated approach to each person’s care
Vicki is a compassionate, reflective, and motivated individual who is committed to continuous personal and professional growth. With her three children now grown up, she is enjoying the opportunity to focus more on her own career development and continued learning. Outside of work, she values time with family and friends, exploring new places, and spending time on hobbies she enjoys. She loves cooking, going to the theatre, and listening to music, and she hopes to learn to play the piano in the future.
