Victoria is a highly experienced, organised and motivated case manager, having worked in this capacity since 2012.
She maintains a flexible 360° approach to her work fully understanding the need for responsiveness in a timely basis. Victoria can modify her approach as required by our wide spectrum of clients. She is experienced at managing risks, overcoming challenges and optimising engagement from clients, family members and professional colleagues. Her positive, “can-do attitude” and advanced communication skills help her get the best results for her clients.
She is experienced in the holistic management of complex clients with multifactorial impairments in physical, mental health, cognitive, perceptual and psychosocial aspects of life, which result from a wide spectrum of injuries. She understands the importance of this for motivating clients and stakeholders to fully engage in the rehabilitation process and for optimising outcomes, working towards improving quality of life and wellbeing for clients. She enjoys supporting clients in a wide range of areas including use of leisure activities. Victoria has a proven ability to confidently apply extensive knowledge, perform comprehensive immediate needs assessments and devise bespoke, cost-effective rehabilitation programmes for a diverse range of clients, with a special focus on catastrophic injuries relating to complex neurotrauma.
She plays a key role in empowering and enabling clients to successfully return to or achieve their optimal level of independent functioning within meaningful life roles, and works towards realistic, measurable goals.
Victoria is skilled at assessing clients’ needs and managing budgets relating to their needs. She is able to arrange and oversee complex packages of care including 24 hour plans.
She enjoys the freedom to work with clients to ascertain their needs, researching and commissioning independent and statutory services to meet those requirements, overseeing the professional input provided and ensuring high quality care, therapies and services
Victoria provides clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching to rehabilitation assistants and support workers and other rehabilitation professionals.
She keeps her skills up to date by attending relevant training and conferences, and has received positive feedback from both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys cooking, travel and spending time with her family and friends. She is a keen forager and loves being in nature.
